Canine Defense Technologies, 7-Day Return Policy for Missing Parts

At Canine Defense Technologies, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an order with missing parts, we are here to make it right. Please review the following policy terms for returns due to missing parts:

Eligibility for Return

  • Missing Parts Only: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and solely for orders missing essential parts due to errors on our end.

  • Condition: The product and all accompanying components must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition received.

  • Return Authorization: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, product serial number, and a detailed description of the missing parts. Once verified, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Process

  • Return Shipping: Upon receiving the RA number, you must ship the product back to us within 7 days. Canine Defense will cover the return shipping cost for approved claims of missing parts.

  • Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either provide the missing parts or, if the product cannot be completed with replacement parts, issue a refund or replacement as applicable.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Situations: Returns for any other issues, including damages from misuse, assembly errors, or normal wear and tear, do not qualify under this policy.

  • Documentation: Please retain all packing materials and documentation as these may be required for a successful return.

Canine Defense Technologies reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Canine Defense provides nominal support for basic product setup at no additional cost. This includes:

  • Guidance on unboxing and initial assembly

Basic support is offered via email or phone during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST). This service is intended to get customers started with minimal delay and ensure a smooth setup process.

2. Comprehensive Product Support for Enterprise Customers

For customers requiring more detailed, hands-on assistance beyond basic setup, Canine Defense offers extended support services at a rate of $200 per hour. This service includes, but is not limited to:

  • In-depth troubleshooting and diagnostics

  • Advanced configuration assistance

  • Customized operational training for teams

  • Technical consultations on product integration and enterprise deployment

Canine Defense Technologies, Liability Release and Compliance Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Risks and Release of Liability

By purchasing, using, or operating any product manufactured or sold by Canine Defense Technologies, LLC ("Canine Defense"), you ("User") acknowledge that you understand and assume all risks associated with the use, operation, and deployment of Canine Defense products, including but not limited to tactical drones, payloads, and related equipment. These products may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, or environmental hazards.

In consideration of purchasing and using Canine Defense products, the User agrees to the following:

  • To release, waive, and discharge Canine Defense, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of any Canine Defense product.

  • To indemnify and hold harmless Canine Defense from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of third-party use, unintended application, or regulatory violations by the User.

2. Compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)

Canine Defense products are subject to ITAR, and therefore their use, distribution, and transfer are restricted by U.S. federal law. ITAR compliance is a mandatory condition of purchasing and using Canine Defense products.

By purchasing or using Canine Defense products, the User agrees to the following ITAR compliance conditions:

  • Authorization and Permitted Use: The User confirms they are either a U.S. person or an authorized foreign end-user with specific permission from the U.S. Department of State. The User agrees to use Canine Defense products solely for authorized purposes and in compliance with all applicable export control laws.

  • Restricted Transfer and Export: The User understands and agrees not to transfer, export, or otherwise convey Canine Defense products, including any related data, technical information, or software, to any foreign person or entity without obtaining the necessary licenses or authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

  • End-Use Statement: The User affirms that Canine Defense products will not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes and that all usage will comply with U.S. and international export control laws, including ITAR. The User acknowledges that failure to comply with ITAR may result in substantial civil and criminal penalties.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Direct and Indirect Damages: Canine Defense shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or other financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use Canine Defense products.

  • Maximum Liability: Canine Defense’s total liability, under any legal or equitable theory, shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the User for the product(s) at issue.

4. General Compliance

The User agrees to abide by all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the use and operation of Canine Defense products. The User understands that Canine Defense may conduct audits or require documentation to verify ITAR compliance and reserves the right to cease sales or support in cases of non-compliance.
